We use Talent Management Plus™ (TMP) software to help our clients match candidates to the positions they need to fill. We are proud to have a 96% retention rate for the candidates we have recommended to our clients over the past three years.
We assess the personal talents of candidates before we recommend them, and HR managers tell us that this service is a major benefit for them. On their own, they must review all the resumes they receive to determine who they should talk to, and then try to get the candidate on the phone to sit down with them. We do these things for managers – pre-qualifying the candidates before we pass them on.
TMP allows candidates to provide information about their backgrounds or resumes,
the personal talents they possess, and their answers to five questions our
client needs to have answered before any first meetings. Another
benefit of TMP is that every candidate who considers the position being
offered must complete the online application, a process by which we locate candidates who are the very best
match for the position. Once our client receives these matched candidates, they can focus on
one or two people to interview, rather than a flood of people. In addition, they now have data on how good
a match each candidate is to the position.
