If you use DISC as a communications tool, you will recall that the trainer talked about the advantage of modifying your communication style to match the needs of the person you want to influence. It really does work for you, if you work at it.

However, all humans tend to fall back into old habits, and all the good intentions you made when DISC was introduced have a tendency of slipping away. If you had a good tool to remind you of the DISC principles, maybe you would renew your efforts to be a better communicator on the job and at home.
