Keyline Company was founded by John B. Mathis, President.
Mr. Mathis began his career with a position in sales. Later he established a training seminar and, followed that with a sales course to
train designers of retail kitchens. During his many years in the kitchen
industry, he coached owners and employees of over 300 businesses to
enhance their kitchen designs and sales techniques.
Mr. Mathis
has written over 60 articles on sales and personnel development for the international magazine Kitchen & Bath Business.
He was one of five people who developed the Manufacturers' Representative
Council for the National Kitchen & Bath Association. He was a
frequent guest lecturer and speaker in the US and Canada.
Mr. Mathis redirected his focus for Keyline Company from
representing products to employee training and human resource
development. Mr. Mathis developed a unique method to measure what
behavioral skills were needed in any job, and what human
talents employees needed to bring to the job for superior performance and minimum stress.
With over 14,000 hours of one-on-one coaching, Mr. Mathis has helped install this program in companies and
businesses across the United States and Canada.
